About Our Client:
Our client is one of the countries most exciting companies who believe in doing everything organically. Due to their ongoing expansion and growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join their well established St Pancras store. With a salary of between £17,500 and £19,000 on offer, and a chance to work within one of the most ethically sound environments available!
Who We Are Looking For:
For this role experience in management within a retail environment is essential. You will be a great seller who drives sales targets and provides exceptional customer service. Preferably you would have some experience within a beauty or health store environment, but what our client is really looking for is someone with a passion for natural healing and health.
Responsibilities Of The Role:
Your main responsibilities for this role will be to -
* Assist the Manager in the Overall Shop Management and Profitability
* Assist the Manager with People Management and Development
* Deliver constant high standards of Customer Service
* Constantly maintain the highest standards of Merchandising and Store Appearance

In return you will receive a highly competitive salary of between £17,500 and £19,000 depending on experience, bonus scheme, paid holiday a year & store discounts. There is also outstanding career potential with opportunities for promotion across the business.
