FIELD FUNDRAISER £18k basic up to £40k OTE

The RSPB is Europe's largest conservation charity and needs Fundraisers! Earn a basic salary of approximately £350 per week plus commission with realistic OTE of up to £40K as a fundraiser. Use your sales and fundraising skills to help fundraise for this charity.

About the role:
- 7.5 hrs per day
- We fundraise in a variety of inside locations including shopping centres
- Working on a fundraising stand talking to members of the public
- Inspiring potential donors to make regular gifts

You:
- Use your amazing passion to help our environment and become a brilliant fundraiser
- You are articulate
- You are confident
- You love people
- You will have good experience in target based fundraising or sales, or conservation work.
