Description :
Primary responsibility is to provide 1st and 2nd line telephone support, fielding calls from a user base of over 400 clients. Calls vary from user-level issues, such as "how do I produce this type of report?" to those relating to SQL Server configuration issues. Calls vary in duration from the immediately answerable queries to talking through more complex issues.
