A very good SE1 based client is looking for an Architectural Technologist / Technical Cooridator / Design Manager with site experience. My clients workload is 85% New Build D&B and 15% private high end residential. they are looking for individuals with the relevant Developer, high rise New Build project experience. You must:- be a Technologist / Technical Coordinator or Design Manager experience in high rise New Build projects site experience know how to handle / work with contractors AutoCAD proficient Please send an up to date cv with salary expectations and availability to start work.
