Description  :  Our client is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to oversee refurbishment and new build sites, predominantly in the Education sector. Ideal applicants will have experience in contract administration and specification writing and possess good design skills.Knowledge of CAD would be an advantage together with excellent organisational and management skills. An excellent remuneration package is on offer to the right candidate.
