Description  :  A Michelin starred restaurant in Blackburn, Lancashire is looking for a Sous Chef. Salary: £19, 000 Required Skills: We are looking for a Sous Chef to work with one of Lancashires top Chefs to be part of his brigade and he is now looking for a Sous Chef to add to his brigade due to recently purchasing another restaurant. You must have experience in 3 AA Rosettes or 1 Michelin star properties ideally in a Sous Chef role.
