My client is looking for call centre assistants to work on a temp to perm basis. The calls involve dealing with residents queries surrounding repairs and maintenace issues, arranging engineers and surveyors appointments and logging details and progress on to the system as well as following up to ensure customer satisfaction. IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE INBOUND CALL EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH REPAIRS/MAINTENANCE AND LIVE LOCALLY TO BROMLEY.
