Abrecco are recruiting on behalf of our highly regarded, city centre client, for an experienced IT support technician to join their established helpdesk team on a 3 month contract. The following skills and experience are needed: Essential: - 2nd/3rd line technical support experience - Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Windows operating systems - Experience of working within strict SLAs - LAN/WAN support Desirable: - Helpdesk experience in an environment of 400+ users - MCP, MCDST, MCSA
