Helpdesk / Service Desk Support Technician with experience of remote support and troubleshooting a variety of software applications is required to join a high-calibre service desk for one of Europe's leading consultancies with over 11, 000 staff globally. Working in a team of 20 and using Supportworks ITIL Helpdesk Software, the successful candidate will need to have experience of working in a busy IT helpdesk team and be comfortable providing remote support to a range of
software applications for over 35 clients UK wide. Previous 2nd line (service-desk) support experience is essential, especially of any bespoke software applications.
