Job Purpose: To handle outbound telephone calls to customers with the intention of acquiring new contracts for clients through the promotion of relevant products and services, in line with daily, weekly and monthly targets. Key responsibilities: - Meet hourly, daily, weekly and overall performance targets and standards as specified by the client for the campaign - To attend and participate in team buzz sessions, led by the respective team leaders, to positilvely challenge the previous day's
