The Company - Our Client:
Our client is a leading specialist in B2B direct marketing exclusively supporting the IT and telecommunications industries, working alongside some of the worlds largest and most prestigious IT and telecommunications companies. They work from a 200 seat multimedia and multilingual office to provide direct marketing services across EMEA, America and Australasia.

The Role - Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist, multilingual business-to-business services across EMEA, America and Australasia.
- Calling on behalf of leading technology companies and speaking to senior decision makers about their IT and business requirements.
- Build strong business relationships with your client throughout the campaigns you are working on and gain valuable insights into how business decisions are made in corporate environments.
- Generate quality leads for clients - targeting organisations as directed by them, identifying and contacting key decision makers
- Find out more information about target organisations (enterprise mapping & profiling)
- Identify new business opportunities with quick win situations
- Meet, preferably exceed, campaign targets as directed by your campaign or team leader
- Carry out administration related to client campaigns to a high quality
- Work effectively as part of a team - informally coaching others as appropriate - to make sure that client targets are met

The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales or service environment
- A confident and articulate telephone manner is essential, as is the drive and determination to make outbound calls in a targeted environment.
- Competent keyboard skills
- The expertise and drive to succeed
- As well as very good English - additional language in Portuguese, French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Flemish

The Package- What you could earn:
- Basic salary £15,000 to £18,000
- OTE £25,000 - £28,000
- MAX earnings £43,000
- Additional awards available
