Capita Education Resourcing are seeking a Level 4 Teaching Assistant to work in a SEN school North of Birmingham. Pupils at this school all have emotional and behavioural problems and nearly a third of children have additional needs. The school received a good OFSTED report last year and inspectors have commented on the excellent leadership within the school.

The successful candidate must be qualified to Level 4, have previous experience of working with children with EBD and have a positive and patient attitude. You will be responsible for working with whole classes and small groups of children.
